This policy describes how Nate's Media LLC (“we,” “us”) handles information in connection with the Performance Recap Bot, an internal Slack application used to summarize creator performance metrics. Owner: Nate B. Jones.
What we collect
- Slack: Content generated by the bot in workspaces where it is installed (for example recap messages and diagnostic notices).
- TikTok (when connected): Data made available through TikTok’s APIs under the scopes you approve during authorization—such as basic profile identifiers, aggregate account statistics, and metadata and metrics for public videos. We use this only to build internal recap summaries.
- OAuth tokens: Access and refresh tokens issued by TikTok (and similar tokens for other platforms we connect) so the service can retrieve metrics on your behalf. Tokens are stored using industry-standard practices appropriate to our hosting environment.
- Operational data: Logs or database records needed to run schedules, debug failures, and retain historical metrics for baseline comparisons.
How we use information
We use the above solely to operate the recap bot: authenticate with third-party APIs you authorize, compute daily summaries, and deliver them to Slack. We do not sell personal information. We do not use TikTok data for advertising.
Sharing
Data is processed by our infrastructure providers (for example hosting and database vendors) as needed to run the service. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention
We retain metrics and operational logs only as long as needed for recaps, troubleshooting, and lawful compliance, unless a longer period is required by law.
Your choices
You may disconnect integrations by revoking access in the relevant developer or creator settings (for example TikTok account connections). Contact us using the email below if you need help removing data we hold.
Children
This service is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
