Terms of service

These terms govern use of the Performance Recap Bot (“the Service”), operated by Nate's Media LLC (“we,” “us”). Owner: Nate B. Jones. By installing, configuring, or authorizing integrations with the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

The Service is an internal automation that collects metrics from sources you configure (such as TikTok, where enabled) and posts summaries to Slack. It is provided as-is for legitimate business use.

Third-party accounts

You are responsible for complying with TikTok’s terms, Slack’s terms, and any other platforms you connect. You represent that you have the right to authorize access to any account you link.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service—for example by attempting to circumvent API limits, scrape without authorization, or use data obtained through the Service in violation of platform policies or law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION OR ACCURACY OF THIRD-PARTY DATA.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Changes

We may modify these terms or the Service. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
